These products have made a huge impact on my practice; last year, I worked with a marketing company to produce short, high quality, educational, and entertaining videos in an effort to help better educate my current and prospective patients. I was finding that many of my patients were having difficulty explaining to their friends and families exactly what it is that I do, so I searched for a more effective way for them to refer people to my practice.

 

I had been intrigued by whiteboard videos for quite some time, as they really capture your attention when you watch the story being drawn before your eyes. So, I did my due diligence and researched several companies that specialize in this type of marketing. I settled on one that was NOT cheap; I wanted someone who would take the time to understand ABC™ and work with me to develop the right scripting as well as create accurate visuals. I couldn't have been happier with the way they turned out! But now that I had these great looking (and expensive) videos, I had to test them to be sure they did what I set out to do – get my patients to refer! I put them on my website and made a large sign on a dry erase board in my treatment room encouraging patients to check out my new website. It didn't take long; once prospective patients were able to view the videos, the number of referrals I was receiving began to steadily increase!

 

I then took it a step further; from the characters and illustrations from the videos, I contracted with a graphic designer to create full-color, high-gloss, easy-to- understand posters to help explain different aspects of the ABC™ protocol. I had them printed and put them in my reception area as well as my treatment room. Never before had I received such a positive response from posters in my office! Patients were reading them, asking questions, and becoming much more engaged with me than in the past, and I didn't have to say a word! They just wanted to know more – more about their own treatment as well as the potential treatment of their loved ones. Many patients even asked me if they could take pictures of the posters so they could share the information with others; so that led me to one more important piece of the marketing puzzle...

 

Clearly, patients wanted the information to take home, so I created a practice brochure that included all of the posters from my office. I added a personalized introduction letter as well as some additional ABC™ data, and had them printed. I can tell you I can't keep these brochures in stock – the more I print, the faster they disappear from my reception area!

 

I probably don't need to tell you what a godsend ABC™ is to our lives. Personally, it has significantly improved my health and well-being, as well as for so many others in my life. I found ABC™ over 20 years ago and if I had not done so, I likely would not be a chiropractor today. Back then, I was a frustrated doctor getting inconsistent results and I couldn't stand all of the fake rah-rah and bad science that permeates the profession. If it wasn't for Jesse and ABC™, I am sure I would have quit. But, today I have the tools to confidently treat every body and get the consistent and predictable results we have all become accustomed to achieving. And, when done properly, ABC™ gets people talking! Patients love what we can do for them and they immediately want to tell others; yet the disconnect has always been in how to most effectively pass the message on to those prospective patients.

 

What these products really do is properly “pre-educate” our patients; they now come to me with some basic knowledge of what goes wrong with their bodies and they want what I have to offer, because I am the only one who can offer it!
